Linear Technology Products used on Digilent products:

  • LTC1407CMSE-1: The LTC1407-1/LTC1407A-1 are 12-bit/14-bit, 3Msps ADCs with two 1.5Msps simultaneously sampled differential inputs. The devices draw only 4.7mA from a single 3V supply and come in a tiny 10-lead MS package. A Sleep shutdown feature lowers power consumption to 10µW. The combination of speed, low power and tiny package makes the LTC1407-1/LTC1407A-1 suitable for high speed, portable applications.

  • LTC6912CGN-1: The LTC6912 is a family of dual channel, low noise, digitally programmable gain amplifiers (PGA) that are easy to use and occupy very little PC board space. The gains for both channels are independently programmable using a 3-wire SPI interface to select voltage gains of 0, 1, 2, 5, 10, 20, 50, and 100V/V (LTC6912-1 ); and 0, 1, 2, 4, 8, 16, 32, and 64V/V (LTC6912-2). All gains are inverting

  • LTC2624CGN: The LTC2604/LTC2614/LTC2624 are quad 16-,14- and 12-bit 2.5V to 5.5V rail-to-rail voltage output DACs in 16-lead narrow SSOP packages. These parts have separate reference inputs for each DAC. They have built-in high performance output buffers and are guaranteed monotonic.

  • LTC3412EFE: The LTC3412 is a high efficiency monolithic synchronous, step-down DC/DC converter utilizing a constant frequency, current mode architecture. It operates from an input voltage range of 2.625V to 5.5V and provides an adjustable regulated output voltage from 0.8V to 5V while delivering up to 2.5A of output current. The internal synchronous power switch with 85mOhm on-resistance increases efficiency and eliminates the need for an external Schottky diode. Switching frequency is set by an external resistor or can be sychronized to an external clock. 100% duty cycle provides low dropout operation extending battery life in portable systems. OPTI-LOOP® compensation allows the transient response to be optimized over a wide range of loads and output capacitors

  • LTC1844ES5-SD: The LTC®1844 Series are low noise VLDOTM (very low dropout) linear regulators designed for low power/portable applications. These regulators can operate from input voltages as low as 1.6V. Typical output noise is only 30µVRMS and typical dropout for the LTC1844-3.3 is just 90mV at the maximum load current of 150mA, reducing to 30mV at 50mA.

  • LT3028EDHC: The LT®3028 is a dual, micropower, low noise, low dropout regulator with independent inputs. With an external 0.01µF bypass capacitor, output noise is a low 20µVRMS over a 10Hz to 100kHz bandwidth. Designed for use in battery-powered systems, the low 30µA quiescent current per output makes it an ideal choice. In shutdown, quiescent current drops to less than 0.1µA

  • LTC6900CS5: The LTC®6900 is a precision, low power oscillator that is easy to use and occupies very little PC board space. The oscillator frequency is programmed by a single external resistor (RSET). The LTC6900 has been designed for high accuracy operation (</=1.5% frequency error) without the need for external trim components.

  • LTC2480CDD: The LTC2480 combines a 16-bit plus sign No Latency Delta Sigma analog-to-digital converter with patented Easy Drive technology. The patented sampling scheme eliminates dynamic input current errors and the shortcomings of on-chip buffering through automatic cancellation of differential input current.

  • LT1765EFE: The LT1765 is a 1.25MHz monolithic buck switching regulator. A high efficiency 3A, 0.09? switch is included on the die together with all the control circuitry required to construct a high frequency, current mode switching regulator. Current mode control provides fast transient response and excellent loop stability.

  • LTC6905CS5-100: The LTC®6905-XXX series of parts are precision, fixed frequency, silicon oscillators designed to minimize board space while maximizing accuracy and ease of use. Programmed at the factory to a fixed frequency, the LTC6905-XXX series of parts need no external trim components. An internal three-state divider allows for division of the master clock by 1, 2 or 4, providing 3 frequencies (for each device).

  • uModule DC/DC Switching Power Supplies: The LTM460x is a complete line of step-down switch mode DC/DC power supplies with onboard switching controller, MOSFETs, inductor and all support components. The µModule is housed in a small surface mount LGA package.
